Your Dual-Focus Role Includes: Clinical Counselling Support individuals recovering from injury or illness by addressing emotional and psychological wellbeing Guide clients through challenges such as anxiety, stress, and trauma with an emphasis on return-to-work (RTW) success Collaborate with allied health and treating professionals to design comprehensive, client-centred recovery plans Rehabilitation Consulting Oversee a diverse caseload, developing tailored RTW strategies aligned with client goals Conduct assessments including Initial Needs, Vocational, and Functional Assessments Attend case conferences and communicate with medical teams, insurers, and employers Identify barriers to work re-entry and deliver sustainable, outcome-focused solutions Why this role: Up to $125,000 base salary 20% quarterly performance bonus $2,000 annual CPD allowance PAWFECT Office Environment: Dog friendly office Hybrid flexibility: 2 days in co-working office, 3 days WFH 4 “You Days” of additional leave pet, parental, and volunteer leave Use of collaborative office spaces across NSW Flat team structure with genuine peer support and openness Laptop and phone provided Quarterly social events and professional connection A fast-growing company offering real career progression What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling Full AHPRA registration (Psychology) or membership with ASORC, PACFA, or ACA (Level 3 or 4) Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Full working rights in Australia Interested in this position?
